A massage that helps you to relax, detoxify your system, good for any muscle aches and pains, and as a treatment after any sporting activity to aid muscle recovery and to prevent strains and sprains, relieving muscle tension and giving a feeling of calm and wellbeing.

HOT STONE MASSAGE THERAPY:
A deeply relaxing massage with the use of hot volcanic stones, these are used within the massage routine, this means that the heat penetrates deep into the muscle tissue relaxing tension, aiding tissue repair, increasing blood circulation, metabolism and lymphatic function, this treatment works at a much deeper level than ordinary massage treatments and gives a feeling of deep relaxation and emotional calm.
